A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 98-090;
AND ESTABLISHING TIME LIMITED PARKING RESTRICTIONS
ON RIPARIAN ROAD, OAKSTAND ROAD, DOVEWOOD COURT,
YELLOWTHROAT ROAD, DODDER COURT, OAKSTAND COURT,
BROMEGRASS COURT, DEERGRASS COURT, LAKE POWAY ROAD,
SUMMER SAGE ROAD, RIVERBEND ROAD, RIVERBEND COURT,
DOGWOOD ROAD, AND DOGWOOD COURT
WHEREAS, Sections 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits local
authorities to establish "No Parking" zones; and
WHEREAS, Poway Municipal Code Section 10.28.080 allows City Council to
prohibit, or restrict, parking; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that certain time limited "No
Parking" zones should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of
Poway that:
Resolution No. 98-090 is hereby rescinded.
Time limited "No Parking" zones are established from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00
a.m., Monday through Friday, school days only in the following locations:
Riparian Road from Oakstand Road to Lake Poway Road
Oakstand Road
Dovewood Court
Yellowthroat Road
Dodder Court
Oakstand Court
Bromegrass Court
Deergrass Court
Lake Poway Road from Prairie Vista Road to 1000 feet west of Bromegrass
Court
Summer Sage Road from Riverbend Road to Lake Poway Road
Riverbend Road
Riverbend Court
Dogwood Road
Dogwood Court

at a regular meeting thereof this 9th day of January, 2001.
