This proposal would award the Improvement of High Valley Road, Markar Road, Vali Hai Road, and Eastvale Road to Interwest Pacific, Ltd. in the amount of $689,078.25. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW This project is exempt under Section 15301c of the CEQA, FISCAL IMPACT There are sufficient funds available for construction of the project. ADDITIONAL PUBLIC NOTIFICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE Interwest Pacific, Ltd. The review determined that the project was exempt from CEQA and a notice has been filed with the County Clerk. No additional environmental review is necessary. FISCAL IMPACT There are sufficient funds available for construction of the project. are being sold to pay for this project.
