ABSTRACT
Four bids were received for this project on April 10, 1996. This proposal would award
the Improvement of High Valley Road, Markar Road, Vali Hai Road, and Eastvale Road to
Interwest Pacific, Ltd. in the amount of $689,078.25.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
This project is exempt under Section 15301c of the CEQA,
FISCAL IMPACT
There are sufficient funds available for construction of the project.
ADDITIONAL PUBLIC NOTIFICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE
Interwest Pacific, Ltd.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council award the bid to Interwest Pacific, Ltd. in the
amount of $689,078.25, contingent upon the issuance of Integrated Finance District 96-1
Limited Obligation Improvement Bonds which is expected to take place on June 12, 1996,

Bids were opened for this project on April 10, 1996. The Engineer's Estimate
was $630,000 to $675,000.
