A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING PARKING RESTRICTIONS
ON METATE LANE AT POWAY OAKS DRIVE
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits local authorities
to establish "No parking" zones; and
WHEREAS, Poway Municipal Code Section 10.28.080 allows City Council to
prohibit or restrict parking; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that certain "no parking" zones should
be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
that:
"No parking" zones are established on the north side of Metate Lane beginning at a
point 50 feet east of the easterly curb return thence west to a point 50 feet west of the
westerly curb return.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED BY THE City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 19th day of June 2001.
