Res 01-063RESOLUTION NO. 01-063 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE OUTDOOR DISPLAY PERMIT (ZOA 01-02) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance that will allow the application for an Outdoor Display Permit to be issued by the Director of Development Services; and WHEREAS, California Government Code Section 66016, et. seq., establishes procedures for the adoption of fees for services provided by local government; and WHEREAS, the processing of such permits will require staff time to investigate the circumstances surrounding the application; and WHEREAS, any additional costs incurred will be borne by the City's General Fund; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: The City Council finds that this amendment to the Development Services Department Planning Division Fee Schedule is exempt from the requirements of CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15273 (a) (1) because it would establish a fee necessary to meet the City operating expenses to process the Administrative Outdoor Display Permit. Section 2: The City Council hereby establishes a fee of $125 for the processing of an Administrative Outdoor Display Permit.
