Pre-General Plan Amendment 95-01A, a request to rezone 1.73 acres at the
southeast terminus of Budwin Lane from RR-C to RS-4; Eddie Johnson

CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION: Review and comment on P-GPA 95-01A.
Conceptual Financing Plan for the formation of the High Valley Road
Assessment District to replace CSA V. (Referred from November 29, 1994,

CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION: Approve conceptual financing plan which
includes a $125,000 contribution from the County of San Diego, a $125,000
contribution from the City Street Improvement Fund and a $100,000
contribution from the Water Fund; and direct staff to bring back a
reso 1 ut i on des i gnat i ng an assessment engi neer to prepare a prel imi nary
engineers report.
