NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS
5.* Environmental Assessment and Conditional Use Permit 94-19, Sandra Senior
applicant: a request to legalize an existing horse boarding operation at
a density of more than ten horses per acre, and to provide for on-site
worker housing for property located at 14905 Garden Road. (203-08)
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION: Take public input; close public hearing;
issue Negative Declaration with mitigation measures; adopt Planning
Resolution approving with conditions.
6.* Environmental Assessment and Variance 94-14, Robert J. Maus applicant: a
request to construct a 170 square foot detached storage building on the
residential property located at 16121 Del Norte. The application also
includes a request for a variance approval to allow the accessory building
to encroach 10 feet into the required 20 foot side yard setback.(203-04)
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION: Take public input; close public hearing;
adopt Planning Resolution approving with conditions.
7.* Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990: status report on the City of
Poway's Transition Plan, adopted January 19, 1993. Review of progress
towards completing the required physical improvements to increase
accessibility to City facilities and programs. (701-12}
