FEBRUARY 14, 1995
The February 14, 1995, regular meeting of the Poway Redevelopment Agency
was called to order at 7:00 p.m., by Chairman Higginson at the City Council
Chambers, 13325 Civic Center Drive, Poway, California.

9. Acceptance of Old Poway Park Phase ItIB from Plaza Landscape, Inc.;
located on Midland Road, south of Aubrey Street. (5602) (602-01 #213R)
Motion carried unanimously.
CHAIRMAN AND DIRECTOR-INITIATED ITEMA
18C. Board concurred with Chairman Higginson's suggestion to set a joint
meeting with the Redevelopment and Housing Advisory Committee to discuss
the judgment order iht he case of Smith v. All Persons for February 28,
1995.
