NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS
4** Minor Conditional Use Permit 95-02, Poway Academy of Hair Design, Inc.,
Bonnie M. Manley, applicant: a request to relocate the existing beauty
college from 14034 Poway Road to a larger facility within the Lively
Center, located at 13268 Poway Road. (203-24)
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION: Take public input; close public hearing;
adopt Planning Resolution approving with conditions.
5.* Comprehensive Energy Retrofit and Conservation Program to replace or
upgrade City heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment and to
guarantee the energy savings to the City. (602-01 #1060 & 1061)
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMNENDATXON: Take public input; close public hearing;
authorize staff to enter into a performance contract with Southland
Industries and an energy conservation rebate agreement with San Diego Gas
& Electric.
