Construction in the amount of $49,987.00. The contract time for the project is 20

BACKGROIfND
On April 18, 1995 bids were opened for the Orange Blossom Storm Drain project.
The Engineer's Estimate was $75,000 to $85,000. The contract time for this
project is 20 working days.
