ABSTRACT:
This proposal would award the Adobe Ridge Mini Park contract to Three-D Enterprises in
the amount of $84,803. The contract time for the project is 45 calendar days.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
A negative declaration was issued on November 15, 1994. It adequately addressed the
)otential environmental impacts of the proposed project.

BACKGROUND
On April 20, 1995 bids were opened for the Adobe Ridge Mini Park project. The
Engineer's Estimate was $88,000 to $98,000. The contract time for this
project is 45 calendar days.
