BACKGROUND
On A ril 18, 19 5, the City Council approved t'e minutes of the regular meeting
of M rch 28. I ems 3 and 3.1 were not include in the pre ared minutes. Under
the eading of resentation, Item 3 should rea "Mayor Hig inson presented a
hec for $3,00 to Linda Urbanek and Elaine A lem for Pow y High School's 1995
rad Nite." Under the heading of Proclamation, Item 3.1 s ould read "Mayor
igginson proclaimed April, 1995 as 'Earthquake Preparedness Month' and presented
t to Director of Safety Services Sanchez." Staff recommends approval of these
amendments.
FINDINGS
It is necessary to amend the minutes by adding Items 3 and 3.1 to the minutes of
March 28, 1995.
