BACKGROUND
A claim for damages was received from Marianne Siegel on April 3, 1995. The amount
of the claim is $137.15. It is recommended that this claim be denied.
FINDINGS
Ms. Siegel alleges that, while driving on Pomerado Road in March, her auto struck a
pothole causing tire and rim damage to her vehicle.

floods out into the;stzeet and the,water stands there. There vas a sign.posted
vhi ��FLOODED. however, the are vas no��longer,f-looded but instead traffic

There shovld have been a warning posted rlosing off the lane as there vas novhere

lane vhich was not clear of traffic or to turn into fhe flooded gutter. Even after.
