A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING STOP CONTROLS
ON BROOKSTONE DRIVE AT STOUTWOOD STREET
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local
authorities to adopt, by Resolution, traffic control measures meeting the
requirements set forth under Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code; and
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of stop controls in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that stop controls should be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway as follows:
Section 1. In accordance with said Section 21351 of the California Vehicle
Code, stop controls shall be installed on Brookstone Drive at Stoutwood Street.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
City of Poway at a regular meeting this 22nd day of January 2002.
