ABSTRAcr
The annual Board of Directors meeting of the Southern California Joint Powers Insurance
Authority (SCJPIA) will be held on July 19, 1995. Article 7 of the SCJPIA Agreement
requires each member city to designate a Director and Alternates for voting purposes.
It is appropriate at this time to submit the list of attendees in order that a voting
delegate may attend the annual meeting.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached resolution entitled, "A
Resolution of the City Council of the city of Poway, California, designating Voting
Delegate and Alternates to the Southern California Joint Powers Insurance Authority
(SCJPIA) and Resci~ing Resolution No. 94-0S7" and direct the City Clerk to forward the
Certification Form~ the SCJPIA.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached resolution

Powers Insurance Authority (SCJPIA) and Rescinding Resolution No. 94-057" and
direct the City Clerk to forward the Certification Form to the SCJPIA.

RESOLUTION NO. 9S-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING VOTING DELEGATE AND
ALTERNATES TO THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA JOINT
POWERS INSURANCE AUTHORITY (SCJPIA) AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 94-0S7
WHEREAS, the City of Poway is a member of the Southern California Joint
Powers Insurance Authority (SCJPIA); and
WHEREAS, as a member, the City of Poway is entitled to all voting
rights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The following are designated as Director and Alternates of the
SCJPIA for the City of Poway:
