A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
COMMENDING EAGLE SCOUT
DANIEL CLARK OTTESEN
WHEREAS, Daniel Clark Ottesen has fulfilled requirements in the areas of
leadership, service, and outdoor skills; and
WHEREAS, Daniel Clark Ottesen has advanced through the ranks of Scout,
Tenderfoot, 2nd Class, Ist Class, Star, Life, and Eagle; and
WHEREAS, Daniel Clark Ottesen has obtained 28 merit badges in various
educational, community-oriented, and sporting activities, which signify the mastery of
Scoutcraft skills; and
WHEREAS, Daniel Clark Ottesen has completed the community service project
demonstrating participatory and leadership skills within his patrol and/or troop.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Poway hereby commends Eagle Scout Daniel Clark Ottesen for his efforts and
achievements in Scouting.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
at the regular meeting this 19th day of Mamh 2002.
