A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPOINTING JAMES L. BOWERSOX AS ITS REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Mickey Cafagna, Mayor of the City of Poway, has designated and
appointed James L. Bowersox to serve as the representative on' the Board of Directors
of the San Diego County Water Authority; and
WHEREAS, this City Council desires to consent to approve said designation
and appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
that the designation and appointment of James L. Bowersox as representative to the
Board of Directors of the San Diego County Water Authority is hereby consented to and
approved for a six year term beginning April 22, 2002.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
at the regular meeting this 23rd day of April 2002.
