RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE TO RECREATION PROGRAM
CANCELLATION FEES
WHEREAS, The City of Poway has historically charged a fee to recreation
program participants who cancel their enrollment; and
WHEREAS, An increase is appropriate at this time to recover costs that have
been incurred by the City; and
WHEREAS, an increase of $10.00 per cancellation (for a total of $15.00)will be
implemented with the Fall 2002 program offerings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Poway does hereby approve the increase in cancellation fees charged for City of Poway
recreation programs.
