A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
CONFIRMING THAT THE AUTHORITY FOR RECOMMENDING ADDITIONS TO THE
REGIONAL ARTERIAL SYSTEM HAS BEEN DELEGATED TO THE CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, SANDAG, San Diego's Regional Planning Agency, has requested a
Resolution stating that the City Council has delegated authority to recommend additions
to the Regional Arterial System to City staff.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
as follows:
1. That the City Manager has been delegated the authority to make
recommendations to the Regional Arterial System on behalf of the City Council.
