ABSTRACT:
This proposal would award the Budwin Lane/Buckskin Drainage Improvements contract to
Western Pacific Construction in the amount of $165,067.00. The contract time for the
project is 45 working days.
FISCAL IMPACT

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
This project is Class 2 Categorical Exemption under Section 15302 of the CEQA.
ADDITIONAL PUBLIC NOTIFICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE
None.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council/Redevelopment Agency award the Budwin
Lane/Buckskin Drainage Improvements contract to Western Pacific Construction in the
amount of $165,067.00.

BACKGROUND
On August 9, 1995 bids were opened for the Budwin Lane/Buckskin Drainage
Improvements project. The Engineer's Estimate was $225,000 to $245,000. The
contract time for this project is 45 working days.
