ABSTRACl':
This proposal would award the Arbolitos Mini Park contract to Court Concepts in the
amount of $90,248.15. The contract time for the project is 45 calendar days.
FISCAL IMPACl'
There are sufficient funds to complete the project.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
A negative declaration was issued on March 14, 1995. It adequately addressed the
potential environmental impacts of the proposed project.
ADDITIONAL PUBLIC NOTIFICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE
None,
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council/Redevelopment Agency award the Arbolitos Mini
Park contract to Court Concepts in the amount of $90,248.15.

BACKGROUND
On August 10, 1995 bids were opened for the Arbolitos Mini Park project. The
Engineer's Estimate was $80,000 to $90,000, The contract time for this
project is 45 calendar days.
FINDINGS
The following three (3) bids were received:

2. Carolyn Scheidel $ 98,671.00
3. Marina Landscape Co. $127,559,40
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
