ABSTRACT
An inspection of the property on August 31, 1995 revealed that most of the materials
have been removed from the yard and the property owner has committed to completing the
cleanup.

BACKGROUND:
On May 3, 1994 a notice of Public Nuisance was sent by certified mail to the
property owners Frank J. 1 Beulah F. Zbiral, concerning the accumulation of junk
at 13136 Ridgedale Drive. The property was then cleaned by the City of Pow~.
Staff responded to another complaint on February 21, 1995 and again there was an
accumulation of junk and debris on the property. A notice to Clean Premises
letter was directed to the property owners on March I, 1995 stating that they
should clean the property within thirty days. Subsequent inspections revealed
that a some of the property had been cleaned. Because Mr. Zbira1 was making
progress on cleaning the property City Council action has been postponed.
FINDINGS:
An inspection of the property on August 31, 1995 revealed that most of the
materials have been removed from the yard and the property owner has committed
to completing the cleanup. It is, therefore, staff's recommendation that the
item be removed from calendar. Staff will continue to monitor the property from
time to time and will reschedule the matter for future consideration if that
becomes necessary.
