SUBJECT: Environmental Assessment and Zonina Ordinance Amendment. ZOA
95-02: A City initiated amendment to Title 17 (Zoning
Development Code) of the Poway Municipal Code to establish a
floor area ratio for the development of properties within the
Residential Single Family 7 (RS-7)zone.
FINDINGS
It is requested that this item be continued to the hearing date of October 10,
1995, to allow staff time to review additional information.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council continue the hearing for ZOA 95-02 to
October 10,1995.
