ABSTRACl'
It is necessary to appoint a delegate and alternate to pick up the city's voting card
and attend the General Business Session at the League's Annual Conference. The
Conference will be held in San Francisco this year from Sunday, October 22 to Tuesday,
October 24,

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council appoint Mayor Higginson as delegate to the

22-24, 1995, with City Manager Bowersox as alternate.

SUBJECT: Designation of Voting Delegate for League of California
Cities Annual Conference - October 22-24, 1995
BACKGROUND
A part of the League's Annual Conference is the General Business Session, at
which time the membership takes action on conference resolutions. Each city
must appoint a delegate and alternate who is authorized to pick up the City's
voting card. Recommendation is to appoint Mayor Higginson and City Manager
Bowersox as delegate and alternate, respectively,
