applicant: a request to substitute single story homes on five lots and
encroach into required rear yard setback on three lots and side yard
setback on two lots, to accommodate the single story plan. located at the
southeast corner of Pomerado Road and Metate Lane. (203-04)
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION: Take public input, close the public
hearing; adopt Planning Resolution with conditions.

sewer service in January-February cycles, and to place additional revenue
into the rate stabilization fund for use in minimizing future years' rate
increases.
