A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING STOP CONTROLS AT
TARZANA ROAD AND WlLSEY WAY
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local authorities
to adopt by resolution traffic control measures meeting the requirements set forth under
Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code; and
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits the establishment
of stop controls in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that stop controls should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows:
Section 1: In accordance with said Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code, all-way
stop controls shall be installed at the intersection of Tarzana Road and Wilsey Way.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
State of California, this 18th day of February 2003.
