Amendment (SPA 84-01AA) which would prohibit the construction of outdoor
amphitheaters. (203-21)
CITY "ANAGER'S RECO""ENDATION: Take publ ic input, close the hearing;
issue a Negative Declaration; adopt Resolution approving SPA 84-01AA which
prohibits outdoor amphitheaters as a land use in the South Poway Specific
Plan area.
