P~81-~l A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA M3 W2 APPROVING MAJOR USE PERMIT MODIFICATION P73-30-5 STONERIDGE COUNTRY CLUB FOUR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 50 BY 40 MAINTENANCE BUILDING APN 273-110-07 WHEREAS, on the fourth day of August, 1981 the Poway City Council held a duly advertised Public Hearing to consider the above described project; and WHEREAS, comments both pro and con were requested from the attending public and considered by the City Council, NOW, T~EREFORE the Poway City Council RESOLVES as follows: Section 1 That the following findings have been made: 1. That the site for the proposed addition is consistent with the adopted General Plan. 2. That the proposed use will not have an adverse effect on abutting property and the permitted use thereof. 3. That the proposed addition will not be injurious to the health, safety and general welfare of the community. Section 2 That the project Negative Declaration dated November 29, 1972 for the Major Use Permit P72-30-5 adequately covers the proposed modification and remains in complete compliance with provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act. Section 3 That Major Use Permit modification P72-30-5 M3W2 is approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The proposed building elevation shall be submitted to and approved by the Director of Planning Services prior to the issuance of a Building Permit. Resolution No. ~ P-81-1 Page 2 2e That the proposed maintenance building shall be located in conformance with the plans on file in the Planninq Services Department. 3. Before issuance of any other permit pursuant to this major use permit, the apDlicant shall: me Insure building and parking sites are free from the 100-year flood. Contribute $630 to the City of Poway Drainage Fund, as his/her share of future area flood control/drainage improvements.
