A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
DENYING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 16985, McAFEE
LOCATED ON GARDEN ROAD EAST OF NEDDICK AVENUE IN THE
R-S-7 APN 323-030-53, 54
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a duly advertised public hearing on
August 11, 1981 to consider comments both pro and con; and
WHEREAS, considerable time and effort has been spent relative to this map to
try and bring it into conformance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Poway
does hereby find as follows:
Section 1: Findings pursuant to Section 66474 of the State Subdivision Map
Act as amended January 1, 1981.
(a) That the design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is
not consistent with applicable general and specific plans.
(b) That the site is not physically suitable for the type of
development as zoned.
(c) That the site is not physically suitable for the proposed
density of development as zoned.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 11th day of August, 1981.
