A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAYw CALIFORNIA
AMENDING cONDITION 16 OF RESOLUTION NO. P-81-08
DEVELOPMENT REVIEW APPROVAL 81-01
WHEREAS, Development Review Approval 81-01, submitted by Poway Honda
(Anthony A. Batarse, applicant) was considered at a public hearinq on September
22, 1981; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. P-81-08 was adopted approving this project; and
WHEREAS, on November 10, 1981 a revision to this approval was considered at
the request of said applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve, as follows:
Section 3: Item 16 of P-81-08 is amended as follows:
A 20 foot landscaped setback from public right-of-way shall be provided
along Poway Road and Olive Tree Lane frontages. Twelve (12) diagonal
display spaces along Poway Road and six (6) diagonal display spaces
along Olive Tree Lane shall be permitted within the setback area.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 10th day of November, 1981.
