A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING TENTATI~-E TRACT M3~P 4109 TIME EXTENSION
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 323-260-6 and 7
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 4109 Time Extension, hereinafter "Map",
submitted by Mr. Carl Pinamonti, applicant, for the purpose of subdividing
the real property situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State
of California, described as Parcels 1 and 2 of Map 6561 being a portion of
Lot 3 of Section 18 T14S, R1W, SBBM, County of San Diego, State of California
into 1 Lot, 6 Units, regularly came before the City Council for public hearing
and action on November 24, 1981; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve as
follows:
Section 1: Findings:
The City Council makes the following findings in regard to Tentative Tract
No. 4109 Time Extension and the Map thereof:
That this project will not create adverse impacts on the environment
and no substantial changes in the project are proposed.
This Tentative Tract Map is hereby granted a 6-month extension of time
to May 24, 1982.
Section 2:
Tentative Tract Map No. 4109 Time Extension, a copy of which is on file in
the Planning Services office, is hereby approved subject to all of the condi-
tions of the April 18, 1980 Resolution of the San Diego County Planning
Commission Approving Tentative Map No. 4109.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 24th day of November , 1981.
