A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 3994 TIME EXTENSION
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 316-040-37, 317-200-24
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 3994 Time Extension, hereinafter "Map",
submitted by the Fieldstone Company, applicant, for the purpose of subdividing
the real property situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California, described as a portion of the SW 1/2 of NW 1/4 of Section 23, T14S,
R2W, SBM and the SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 22, T14S, R2W, regularly came
before the City Council for action on December 8, ]981; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve as
follows:
Section 1:
The City Council makes the following finding in regard to Tentative Tract
No. 3944 Time Extension and the Map thereof:

That this project will not create adverse impacts on the
environment and no substantial changes in the project are
proposed.
Section 2:
Tentative Tract Map No. 3994 Time Extension, a copy of which is on file in
the Planning Services Office, is hereby approved for one (1) year commencing
December 8, ]981, and expiring December 8, 1982, and is subject to all of the
conditions of the May 30, 1980, Resolution of the San Diego County Planning
Commission Approving Tentative Map No. 3994.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 8th day of December, 1981.
