A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
DENYING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 3949 TIME EXTENSION
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 316-120-30 & 31, 317-153-16
317-521-01 & 05
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 3949 Time Extension, hereinafter "Map",
submitted by Jim Roberts, applicant, for the purpose of subdividing the real
property situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California, described as portions of the W 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 14 and
the SE 1/4 of Section 15, T14S, R2W, SBM regularly came before the City Council
for action on December 8, 1981; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolves as
follows:
Section 1: Findings:
The City Council makes the following findings in regard to Tentative Tract
No. 3949 Time Extension and the Map thereof:

That this project will create adverse impacts on
the environment relative to visual qulaity and
project design.
b. That this project, if recorded, will create an
inconsistency with the General Plan.
c. No substantial efforts have been made by the
applicant to finalize this Map.
Section 2:
Tentative Tract Map No. 3949 Time Extension, a copy of which is on file in
the Planning Services office, is hereby denied, thereby expiring Tentative Tract
Map No. 3949.
Section 3:
A credit shall be given to a future project filed for this property equal to
filing fees paid for Tentative Tract Map 3949.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 8th day of December, 1981.
