A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF Pf~4AY AMENDING CONDITION 10 OF
RESOLUTION NO. P-81-08 DEVELOPMENT REVIEW APPROVAL 81-01
WHEREAS, on September 22, 1981, the City Council adopted Planning Resolution
No. P-81-08; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to reconsider the imposition
of Condition 10 of Resolution P-81-10 relative to signing; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds Poway Honda's situation to be analogus to
Toyota of Poway in this particular instance in that a foundation permit has been
issued, loan commitments made and a plan check applied for.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve that Condition 10 of
Resolution P-81-08 be amended to read as follows:
10.
The developer is allowed to erect a 20 foot pole
sign in conformance with the City Sign Ordinance.
The developer shall enter into an agreement with
the City of Poway to make said sign conform within
one year to a new Sign Ordinance, should the
adoption of the new Ordinance render the 20 foot
sign non-conforming.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 8th day of December, 1981.
