A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 16424, TIME EXTENSION
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL N[~BER 278-301-08
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 16424, hereinafter "Map" submitted by
Lee B. White, applicant, for the purpose of subdividing the real property
situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California,
described as a portion of the south half of Secion 32, T13S, into four (4)
parcels, regularly came before the City Council for public hearing and
action on January 19, 1982; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve as
follows:
Section 1: Findings:
The City Council makes the following findings in regard to Tentative
Parcel No. 16424 Time Extensionand the Map thereof:

That this project will not create adverse impacts on the
environment no substantial changes in the project are
proposed.

This Tentative Parcel Map is hereby granted a 1 year
extension of time to January 14, 1983.
Section 2:
Tentative Parcel Map No. 16424, Time Extension, a copy of which is on
file in the Planning Services office, is hereby approved subject to
all of the conditions of Tentative Parcel Map 16424 as approved by
the Director of Planning and Land Use, County of San Diego on June 10,
1980, and Amendment No. 1 of that Tentative Parcel Map as approved by
the County Board of Planning and Zoning Appeals.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 19th day of January, 1982.
