A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 3951 TIME EXTENSION
ASSESSOR'S pARCEL NUMBER 321-010-11
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map NO. 3951, hereinafter "Map" submitted by
Green Valley Terrace (Blueview Inc.), applicant, for the purpose of
subdividing the real property situated in the City of Poway, County of San
Diego, State of California, described as the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/2 of
Section 6, Township 14S, Range 1W, San Bernardino Meridian, County of San
Diego, State of California into 36 lots, regularly came before the City
Council for a time extension action on May 4, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has recom~ended approval of
a 12-month time extension subject to all conditions set forth in the
Planning Services Department report; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered said report and has
considered other evidence presented at the public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve as
follows:
Section 1: Findings:
The City Council makes the following findings in regard to Tentative
Tract No. 3951 Time Extension and the Map thereof:
a. That this project will not create adverse impacts on the
environment and no substantial changes in the project are
proposed.
b. This tentative tract map is hereby granted a 12-month
extension of time to expire May 16, 1983.
Section 2:
Tentative Tract Map No. 3951 Time Extension, a copy of which is on
file in the Planning Services office, is hereby approved subject to
all of the conditions of the June 16, 1981 Resolution, and the
following additional conditions:
a. Lot access rights to Del Poniente PDad shall be
relinquished.
b. A~cess to Lot 34 shall be obtained by a panhandle either
through Lots 33, 35 or 36.

c. Common lot access and a reciprocal access agreement shall be
required for Lots 3/4, 8/9, 10/11, 22/23, 25/26 and 27/28.
d. Ail equestrian easements shall be maintained free and clear of
obstructions, such as retaining walls, etc.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 4th day of May, 1982.
