A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 3545R TIME EXTENSION
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 278-17-2,
278-15-7 TO 18, 278-15-20 TO 24, AND 278-14-1 TO 23
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 3545R, hereinafter "Map" submitted by Poway
Park, Inc., applicant, for the purpose of subdividing the real property situated
in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, described as a
portion of Section 31, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, County of San
Diego into 78 lots, regularly came before the City Council for public hearing
and action on May 4, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve as
follows:
Section 1: Findings:
The City Council makes the following findings in regard to Tentative Tract
No. 3545R Time Extension and the Map thereof:
a. That this project will not create adverse impacts on the
environment as no substantial changes in the project are proposed.
b. This Tentative Tract Map is hereby granted a 60 day extension of
time to July 21, 1982.
Section 2:
Tentative Tract Map No. 3545R Time Extension a copy of which is on file in
the Planning Services office, is hereby approved subject to all of the
conditions of Tentative Map 3545R Time Extension as approved by the County
of San Diego Board of Supervisors on May 21, 1980, and amended by the County
of San Diego Planning Commission on August 22, 1980.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 4th day of May, 1982.
