A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING DEVELOPMENT REVIEWAPPR0VAL 82-07
ASSESSOR'S pARCEL NUMBER 317-471-13 AND 317-472-13
WHEREAS, Development Review Approval 82-07, submitted by the City of
Poway, applicant, requests to expand the Weingart Center building for the
property located at Co~m~unity Park, in the A-70-4, R-S-7 AND R-V-15
(Limited Agriculture, Single Family Residential and Residential Variable);
and
WHEREAS, on September 28, 1982, the City Council held a hearing on the
above referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1: Findings:

That the proposed development is in conformance with the Poway
General Plan because it is an expansion of an existing community
facility.
That the proposed development will not have an adverse aesthetic,
health, safety or architecturally related impact upon adjoining
properties because of design compatibility and conditions of
approval.
That the proposed development is in compliance with the Zoning
Ordinance'.
That the proposed development encourages the orderly and
harmonious appearance of structures and property within the City
because the addition will be similar to the existing structures
in appearance.
Section 2: Environmental Findings:
The City Council finds that this project is categorically exempt from
environmental review under the provisions of the California
Environmental Quality Act.

Section 3: City Council Decision:
The City Council hereby approves Development Review Approval 82-07
subject to the conditions set forth in application P 79-18(M).
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 28th day of September, 1982.
