A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 4185 TIME EXTENSION
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 321-20-05
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 4185 Time Extension, hereinafter "Map"
submitted by Tim Connole, applicant, for the purpose of subdividing the real
property situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California, described as portion of the West half, Southeast Quarter, Section 7
Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, County of San Diego
into 35 lots, regularly came before the City Council for public hearing and
action on November 22, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has recommended APPROVAL of the
Map subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services Department
report; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered said report and has
considered other evidence presented at the public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve as
follows:
Section 1: Findings:
The City Council makes the following findings in regard to Tentative
Tract No. 4185 Time Extension and the Map thereof:

The tentative tract is consistent with all applicable interim and
proposed general and specific plans because the residential land
use proposed coincides with the General Plan land use
designation.
The design or improvement of the tentative tract is consistent
with all applicable interim and proposed general and specific
plans because all necessary facilities and services can be
provided for the proposed residential development.
The site is physically suitable for the type of development
proposed because adverse geology/soil conditions and
drainage/hydrology traffic and water hazards can be
mitigated.
The site is physically suitable for the density of the
development proposed because adverse geology/soil conditions,
drainage/hydrology traffic and water hazards can be mitigated
and the density conforms to the City's General Plan land use
designation.

The tentative tract is not likely to cause serious public health
problems because public water and septic facilities will be
provided.

The design of the tentative tract will not conflict with any
easement acquired by the public at large, now of record, for
access through or use of the property within the proposed
subdivision.

The Environmental Impact Report on certified October 13, 1981
includes changes or alterations have been required as conditions
or incorporated into project design, which mitigate the
significant impacts identified in that Environmental Impact
Report.
Section 2:
Ail conditions of approval of City of Poway Resolution P 81-12 shall
be fulfilled as required, except that a final map for the tentative
tract map shall be approved and recorded by October 13, 1984 or any
additional time extensions granted for said map.
The tentative map time extension shall expire on October 13, 1984
unless an application for the time extension is received 30 days prior
to expiration in accordance with the City's Subdivision Ordinance.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 22nd of November, 1983.
