Res P-03-14RESOLUTION NO. P-03-14 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 03-09 WHEREAS, Temporary Use Permit 03-09; City of Poway Community Services, Applicant, requests approval to hold the annual Earth Day/Arbor Day Celebration at 14134 Midland Road, Old Poway Park, on Saturday, April 12, 2003, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. WHEREAS, on March 25, 2003, the City Council considered the above- referenced item. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: The City Council finds that Temporary Use Permit 03-09 is Categorically Exempt (Class 4) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15304(e) of the CEQA Guidelines, as the event is temporary in nature and will have no p l effects on the environment. Section 2: The proposed use is in accordance with the purposes and standards of Section 17.26.030.A of the Poway Municipal Code. Section 3: The City Council hereby approved Temporary Use Permit 03-09, Earth Day/Arbor Day Celebration at Old Poway Park, 14134 Midland Road, on Saturday, April 12, 2003, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., subject to the following conditions: The event and related offsite parking shall be conducted as shown on the site plan and application on file in the Development Services Department. This permit is valid during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2003, after which time the site shall be restored to its original condition. Co Approval of this activity shall not excuse compliance with all other sections of the Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable State, County, and City Ordinances presently in effect. The site shall be developed in accordance with the approved site plan on file in the Development Services Department, Planning ''' except as may otherwise be provided herein, prior to commencement of the activity. All proposed signs shall be approved by the Development Services Department, Planning Division, and shall be in accordance with Section 17.40 of the Poway Municipal Code. The applicant shall comply with the following to the satisfaction of the Fire Marshal: Prior to and during the event, emergency vehicle access to any street, building, fire hydrant, or fire sprinkler system connection shall not be blocked. Section 4: This approval shall become null and void on April 12, 2003, at 4:00 p.m., at which time the site shall have been restored to its original condition.
