CLARIFYING RESOLUTION P-84-19

WheREAS, Development Review 84-01, s,,~ni~'tted by, M. E. Turk/Paul Newkirk,
Applicants, requested a thirty (30) unit apartment ccmplex the property located
at 13340-13348 C~,',,,~nity Road, in the R-A (Residential Apartment) zone; and,
WHerEAS, it has ccme to the attention of the City Council that Resolution
P-84-19 does not accurately state the decision of the Council regarding the wall
required adjacent to the residential use to the north of the subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1: Findings:
That the proposed develoixaent is in conformance with the Poway General
Plan and Paguay Redeveloix~ent Project.
That the proposed development will not have an adverse aesthetic,
health, safety, or architecturally related impact upon adjoining pro-
perties and is in conformance with the C~,,,unity Design Element of the
General Plan.
3. That the proposed development is in cu~pliance with the Zoning
Development Code.
That the proposed develol~ent encourages the orderly and harmonious
appearance of structures and property within the City.
Section 2: CityCouncil Decision:
The City Council hereby clarifies Development Review 84-01, approved by
Resolution P-84-19 to state accurately the action faken by the council March
13, 1984, as follows:
An eight foot wall protecting the adjacent single family residential
use north of the develoim~nt shall be constructed.
2. All conditions of Resolution P 84-19 shall apply.
