A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING MINOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW 84-66
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 317-032-02, 314-050-12
WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 84-66, submitted by, Standard
Pacific of San Diego applicant, requests minor development review of
an additional model home and five production units in the next phase
of 27 homes, known as Woodside for the property located on the north
and south sides of Camino Del Norte, approximately one mile east of
its intersection with Pomerado Road in the RS-4 (Residential Single
Family) zone; and
WHEREAS, on December 18, 1984, the City Council held a hearing on
the above-referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1: Findings:
1. That the proposed development is in conformance with the
Poway General Plan.
2. That the proposed development will not have an adverse
aesthetic, health, safety or architecturally related impact
upon adjoining properties.
3. That the proposed development is in compliance with the
Zoning Ordinance.
4. That the proposed development encourages the orderly and
harmonious appearance of structures and property within the
City.
Section 2: Environmental Findings:
The City Council finds that the Environmental Impact Report
certified on July 15, 1976, and recertified on May 17, 1979,
covers the environmental impacts associated with the project.
Section 3: City Council Decision:
The City Council hereby approves Minor Development Review 84-66
subject to the following conditions:
1. This application is subject to all of the conditions of
approval for Development Review 82-08.
2. Distribution of model home (P 860) within future phases
shall be approved by the Director of Planning Services.
