A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO CONDITION 9 OF SECTION 3
OF THE RESOLUTION P-85-11 APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 84-10
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 275-470-05
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 84-10, submitted by
Philip Butzen, applicant, requested and subsequently received
approval of a tentative map located in the RS-4, RR-C and RR-A
zones; and described as the real property situated in the City of
Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, at the southeast
quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 35, Township B South,
Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of
San Diego into 6 lots, which came before the City Council for public
hearing and action on March 19, 1985; and
WHEREAS, on March 19, 1985, the City Council held a duly
advertised public hearing to solicit comments from the public, both
pro and con, relative to this application; and
WHEREAS, on August 20, 1985, the City Council reviewed and
considered the modification of Condition No. 9 of Section 3 of the
originally approved Planning Resolution P-85-11.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does
hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1:
The City Council makes the following amendment to Section 3 of
Resolution P-85-11 approving Condition No. 9 of Tentative Tract
Map No. 84-10 and the Map thereof:
a. That all conditions contained within the originally ap-
proved Resolution P-85-11, with the exception of Condition
No. 9, Section 3, shall be fulfilled, as required;
b. Original Condition No. 9 of Section 3 of Resolution P-85-11
is amended as described in the following language:
9. The developer shall execute an Irrevocable Offer of
Dedication over the existing 60 foot wide road easement,
from the turnaround at the end of the extension of Monte
Vista Road to the south property line. A residential
driveway shall be permitted to be constructed serving Lot
4. Lots 3 and 6 shall take access from the cul-de-sac.

The City Council finds that said modification constitutes a
minor change to the original conditions of approval in that it
does not significantly effect any public or private interest.
