A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
GRANTING WAIVER OF UNDERGROUNDING
OF UTILITIES REQUIREMENT, WAIVER 86-07
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 321-230-01
WHEREAS, Waiver 86-01, submitted by Richard Reed, applicant,
requests permission to allow the installation of overhead utility
service for the property located at 14401 Mountain Road, in the
Residential Single Family 2 (RS-2) zone; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution NO. 86-026 March
25,1986 establishing requirements for a waiver of undergrounding
utilities.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Poway City Council
does hereby grant a waiver of the requirements for the
undergrounding of utilities and grants permission to install
overhead utilities because the proposed residential dwelling is
the last structure to be built in an area where all surrounding
properties are served by overhead lines.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City
of Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this 25th day
of March, 1986.
