A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
COMMENDING EAGLE SCOUT
STEVEN ANDREW STINE
WHEREAS, Steven Andrew Stine has fulfilled requirements in the areas of
leadership, service, and outdoor skills; and
WHEREAS, Steven Andrew Stine has advanced through the ranks of Scout,
Tenderfoot, 2nd Class, 1St Class, Star, Life, and Eagle; and
WHEREAS, Steven Andrew Stine has obtained 23 merit badges in various
educational, community-oriented, and sporting activities, which signify the mastery of
Scoutcraft skills; and
WHEREAS, Steven Andrew Stine has completed the community service project
demonstrating participatory and leadership skills within his patrol and/or troop.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Poway hereby commends Eagle Scout Steven Andrew Stine for his efforts and
achievements in Scouting.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
at the regular meeting this 3rd day of June 2003.
