WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 88-52, submitted by the
McCabe Family Trust, applicants, requests approval to a
3,600 square foot single-family residence for the located
at 14930 Gavan Vista Road in the RR-B zone; and
WHEREAS, on May 17, 1988, the City Council held a hearing on
the above-referenced item.
