WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit 88-13 submitted by the City of Poway, appli-
cant, for the purpose of g a Cit' park on the real pro erty situated
in the Ci "of Poway, County of San Diego, rate of California, as a
portion o the northwest quarter of the nor hwest quarter of Sect on 25,
Township 3 South, Range 2 West, San Bernar ino Meridian, regular y came before
the City -ouncil for public hearing and act on on September 27, i 88; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered said report and has con-
sidered other evidence presented at the public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby resolve as
follows:
Section 1: E 1 :
The City Council finds that the previously issued Negative Declaration ade-
quately discusses the tal concerns of this project.
Section 2: F' :
That the location, size, design, and operating c of the
proposed use will be compatible with and will no adversely affect or
be materially 1 to adjacent uses, resi ents, buildings,

The proposed use will not adversely affect the City of Poway General
Plan for future as well as present development, in that the General
Plan calls for the placement of neighborhood parks in residential
areas.
Section 3: City Council Decision:
The City Council hereby approves Conditional Use Permit 88-13 subject to the
following
Drainage
All on-site drainage facilities for the park site will be
installed by the City.
Safety Services
New fire hydrants shall be installed at the following
Southwest corner of Valle Verde and the new street.
