M N ,R D VELOPME REVIEW 88-64, 88-65 ASSESS R' ARC L NUMBE 321-38 '-01 AND 02 WHEREAS, Minor Deve opment Reviews 88-64, and 88-65, submitted by Connole C Inc., app icant, request the approval to two 3,050 square foot homes on ad acent lots located at 14615 and 14617 Hidden Knoll Road in the RR-A (Rural Resi ential A) zone; and WHEREAS, on October 4, 1988, the City Council held a hearing on the above- item. Section 3: City Council The City Council hereby approves Minor Development Reviews 88-64 and 88-65 subject to the following conditions: Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in writing that all conditions of approval have been read and understood. 2.
