WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 86-04TE, hereinafter "Map" submitted by
Fred and Carol Van Houten, applicants, for the purpose of subdividin th real
property situated in the City of Poway, Coun of San Diego, State o Ca ifornia,
described as a portion of the southeast quar er of Section 2, Townsh p i South,

WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has recommended approval of the
map subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services Department
report; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered said report and has con-
sidered other evidence presented at the public hearin9.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve as
follows:

The applicant shall pay to the City the Drainage Fee of $21,681.90
