P-88-106 A F T~ CITY COU'CIL OF HE I Y 0 PO' v APPROVIN MI 0 DE ELO NT RE¥IE 88-145 ARC L N BERS WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 88-145 submitted by Manal I Inc., applicant, requests the approval to a 2,900 square foot home on a 3.36 acre parcel located on the west side of Tierra Bonita Road at Donart Drive; and WHEREAS, on November 1, 1988, the City Council held a hearing on the above- referenced item. Section 1: E 1 Findinc : This project is exempt under the guidelines of the California E Quality Act, Class 3. Section 2: Fi dine That the proposed development is in conformance with the Poway General Plan in that the proposed use is single family residential. That the roposed development will not have an adverse aesthetic, health, s fety, or ly related impact upon adjoining pro- perties, n that the roofline, method, building materials, and eleva ions will be compatible with surrounding properties. o That the proposed development is in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, in that it complies with the height limit, and all other property development standards of the RR-A and RR-C zone.
