P-88-115 A OF TH CITY COU IL OF THE C TY OF POW Y, C APPROVING ENTATIVE RACT MAP -09 ASSESSOR'S PA CEL NUMBE 314-350- AND 23 WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 88-09, hereinafter "Ma" submitted by Church Engineering, Inc., applicants, for the urpose of subdi idin9 the real property situated in the City of Poway, County o San Diego, Sta e of California, described as all that portion of Lots I and 16 in Trac "A" of Poway, according to Map No. 536, filed in the office of he County Recor er, May 7, 1888, regu- larly came before the City Council for public hearing and action on November 15, 1988; and WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered said report and has con- sidered other evidence presented at the public hearing; and WHEREAS, on November 15, 1988, the City Council held a hearing on the above- item.
