WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 88-09, hereinafter "Ma" submitted by Church
Engineering, Inc., applicants, for the urpose of subdi idin9 the real property
situated in the City of Poway, County o San Diego, Sta e of California,
described as all that portion of Lots I and 16 in Trac "A" of Poway, according
to Map No. 536, filed in the office of he County Recor er, May 7, 1888, regu-
